チョップハウス（ステーキハウス）ということで、グリル料理を中心に楽しめるレストランです。
夜しか来た事ありませんが、洗練されたチョップハウスといった感じで、モダンで落着いています。
とても料理が美味しいです。
でもお酒だけでも気軽に入れるし、しかもカクテルがもの凄い美味しいので、そのためだけに入りたくもなります。
基本的に濃い目に作られている気がするけど、嫌なら薄くしてもらったりと、調整してます。
今回初めて飲んだ紫蘇の入ったモヒートは一口で惚れます。
梅酒とピリリが合わさった感じで、モヒートらしく甘すぎず後味爽快。

生牡蠣 必ずと言っていいほどオーダーする。
前回
悲しい事にひとつしか残っていないと言われました。今回と産地が違います。
カルパッチョ
ステーキじゃなく魚
濃い味付けです
ヒレステーキ
肉の味や醍醐味を味わいたいなら、こうしたお肉で。
前回の写真ですが
ここに入ってる生のマッシュルームがめちゃめちゃ美味しい。
生と調理されたもの、
ここでなら、生のほうが美味しいと思える。
ブラディーマリーのセロリが大きい。

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
