LegsやRonaさんからは、とてもかわいい絵本をよくもらいます。
僕は、絵本が大好きなので、見て読んで楽しんでます。
NYに来たときに、Legsからもらった本はTACKY the Penguin。
ちょっと変わり者のペンギンのお話。
例えば、彼の仲間たちがマーチをします。da

Tackyは、

こんな調子で浮いた存在なのです。
今まで気づかなかったのだけど、本の後ろに
This book is must reading for sny kid or grown up who refuses to follow the pack
と書いてありました。
彼はどっちの意味で、プレゼントしてくれたのかな。
と、思っていたら今度は本の最初のページの一番上に
TACKR was an odd bird,but a nice one to keep around...
Sounds about right for all of us.
とマーカーでかいてありました。
なるほどね、と思いながら次に誰に譲るか考え中。
だって、Happy Birthdayって書いてあるので、Legsも誰かにもらったもののようだから。
想いのリレーだなんて素敵ですよね。
大切にとっておきたいんだけど、気持ちだけ受け止めて、また他の人に本とともに気持ちをわけあう。
人からプレゼントしたものをとっておくのが当たり前になっていたけど、また大切な誰かに渡すっていうのも、プレゼントにこめられた優しさの受け止め方だなと感じてます。

お疲れさまでした。
思ってた以上にリアルでした。。知らなかったことが多かったです。。

試合の結果や世界一とかって、尊さんにとってどんなものなのかな。。
毎回の試合で勝負はあるけれど、永遠の世界一は人の心の中にしか存在しないと思います。

尊くん、こんばんは。
私は、尊くんの大ファンでホットドッグ５０本で優勝した時のテレビを録画したビデオを毎日見ています。国内予選のちくわ、ヒレカツサンド、すし、わんこそば何度見ても飽きないです。
ニューヨークに見に行きたい位です。

今日、ラスベガスでニュース見てたら、見間違いじゃなければ、、、
小林さんがホットドック大会に参加されないと報道されてました。。。
カジノにて見てたんで音声が入ってなく詳しくは分からないんすけど、、、
いろいろ大変な決断があると思いますが、
自分の体調＆気分へ正直に生きてけば、ベストかと。
休むことによって、自分のなかでの重さも感じれるし。

絵本は私も好きです。
コアラのマーチの懸賞で絵本を当てたことがあったのですが、自分や友達の名前が出てくるというもので、今でも宝物です♪
素敵なものがたくさんの人に広まってくれたら、どんなに楽しいでしょうね。
ちょっと幸せな気持ちになりますね(^^)
